Born in Germany, the Industrial Data Space Association (IDSA) is a recognised global actor, which is bringing innovate ways for adding value to data. On the other side, we have the Industria Conectada 4.0, which is an initiative officially supported by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Economy, and Competitiveness.
And both of them will celebrate a first joint Summit under the umbrella of the Fiware Tech Summit.
Industrial Data Space Association discovers the potential of data
The key topic of this side-event of the FIWARE Tech Summit is the evolution of Industry 4.0. It is about how different organizations (companies, institutions, etc) can build a space where data is shared in a decentralized manner. Let us explain more of this:
- Organizations in the same scale can provide data to each other in order to improve their own products and operational processes.
- The share-data can be monetized if they would be of interest to third parties.
Industria Conectada 4.0
For its part, the Industria Conectada 4.0 offers a fusion between the phsyical world and the virtual world. This focuses in new areas of innovation. This will improve the competitiveness of companies. On the other hand, it will be helping the Industry to improve its productivity, creating higher quality products, improve its energy efficiency and increase the safety of manufacturing processes.
Secmotic Innovation is really interested in this type of initiative. That is why we will be present in this talk.
