24 Mobility Startups will meet in Madrid next week from 11th until 15th thanks to the accelerator program Impact Connected Car. The 2nd call ended with 24 selected projects related to connected mobility. These startups will receive up to €60.000 equity-free funding as well as mentoring services (technical, business, corporated and funding coaching).

Impact Connected Car

This acceleration program, funded by the European Commission under H2020 programm with over 4M€ of EU funding and 2,1 M€ out of them allocated to directly fund the beneficiares, aims to respond to the requirements of the mobility and the automotive sector.

IMPACT Connected Car is led by top players in the fields of innovation and automotive sector, including Mobile World Capital Barcelona, ISDI, FundingBox, Ferrovial Servicios, CTAG, FIA Region I, Groupe PSA, the FIWARE Foundation, PARP, Insero, Mov’eo, MSAK, LPNT, Argus, HEVO, Little Electric Car, and Botcar.

ZIMASS is among the chosen!

Secmotic will be represent by ZIMASS. Our awareness and safety system for work zone invasion, which increases safety and controls accesibility in temporary working areas of roads was one of the 24 selected projects.

The bootcamp was held in Lublin (Poland). From over 214 startups and SMEs coming from 39 countries 24 projects were selected from this announcement to go through a smartization. These 24 Mobility Startups are spread throughout Europe. There is a relevant representation of Spain (6), France (6), Israel (3) and Germany (2).

Madrid becomes the capital of Mobility Startups

The next steps will be a whole week in Madrid with the 24 Mobility Startups. The bootcamp will be held in the ISDI centre.

On the other side, all the selected startups will be recieve up to 60.000 in equity-free funding and will begin a six-month smartization programm, which covers not only business acceleration led by ISDI, but also technical coaching (led by CTAG), corporate coaching (led by Ferrovial), and funding coaching (led by FundingBox).
